Voters list enrolment from Internet
Visakhapatnam, September 26, 2004

Enrolment in the electoral list can be done soon on the Internet, according to the Chief Electoral Officer, M.Narayanarao. Software is being designed for the purpose. Downloading of application forms for enrolment has already been operational. He said the issue of photo identity cards will be taken up after the revision of the rolls. Speaking at a meeting with political parties on revision of electoral rolls for 2005, he said it would go on till October 15th.

New SFI committee
Visakhapatnam, September 26, 2004

Elections were conducted for the new SFI body was held at AMAL College. In the elections, U.Balajai and M.Appalaraju were elected unanimously as President and Secretary. Four vice-presidents, four joint secretaries and the total number of the body is with twenty five members. In this connection, the newly elected president said that he and the executive body will strive hard for the sanction of scholarships etc.

Photo Workshop
Visakhapatnam, September 26, 2004

The Visakha Camera Club which has the credit of holding several national and international workshops will conduct a workshop for four days at Araku Valley form November 19th in association with the Andhra Pradesh State Academy of Photography. According to the Club chairman, the workshop will be opened to professional photographers and amateurs who want to take it up as a career or hobby.
