The Visakha Dairy Chairman addressing at a gathering at Munagapaka Milk Centre where he distributed loans to members on Wednesday announced the bonus to dairy farmers in two instalments amounting to Rs.7 crores. In this connection, he said that procurement target for the current year was five lakh litres of milk.

LIC officers stage dharna

General Manager visits Waltair Division

The General Manager of East Coast Railway SR Chaudhuri has visited the Waltair Division on Wednesday inspected the Route relay interlocking system at and the extension of Platform No.6 towards the Gynapauram side and Visakhapatnam Steel Plant siding. He conducted a meeting with the zonal and divisional officials to review the progress of the on going developmental works on this Division.

VSP gets another award

The Visakhapatnam Steel Plant has bagged the prestigious INSSAN Organizational Excellence Award instituted by the Indian National Suggestion Schemes Association for the current year. This was disclosed by the spokesman of VSP. The awards will be presented to the Visakhapatnam Steel Plant at the 15th national convention of INSSAN to be held in Mumbai next month.
