The 3-day event of the Computer Society of India - Business and Information Technology-2004 began at Visakhapatnam today. The Tuesday's session of the meeting had expert talks on various computer-related topics.

A talk on 'Designing the steel supply chain of the future' was delivered by Ramesh Srinivas of IBM Business Consulting Services

Srinivas Chakravarthy of Tata Consultancy Services spoke on 'Road map for enterprise transformation'.

Subramanyam from Price Water Coopers delivered a talk on 'An approach to ERP implementation'

Professor D Krishan Sundar from Indian Institute of Management(IIM) Bangalore spoke on 'ERP to e-business'

Technical papers on 'Bio-metrics and Network Security', 'Spam - The War Against it' and 'KM-a foundation for competitiveness' were presented.
