Refresher Programme at Andhra University
Visakhapatnam, February 11, 2004

Department of Special Education, Andhra university organised a 'Refresher Programme for Teacher Educators in special Education' (Visual Impairment) on Wednesday at I.A.S.E, Andhra University In his chief guest speech Prof. D.Panduranga Rao, principal, A.U.Colleges of Arts and Commerce, narrated the relation between student and Teacher and Explained various aspects of special education.

Prof. Y.F.W.Prasada Rao, Principal I.A.S.E. Andhra University was the Guest of Honour while Dr.O.R.Reddy, Coordinator, Department of Special Education, Andhra University, presided over the meeting. The Refresher programme was sponsored by Rehabilitation Council of India, New Delhi, a statutory body to Ministry of Social Justice and empowerment , Government of India.
