Sai Sireesha Foundation Chairman and Managing Trustee L.Mohanarao in a statement invited applications from the teachers for 'Guru Brahma' awards which will be presented on September 5th the teachers' day. Strike notice served on Synergies

The union initially served strike notice to the management which was rejected by the management. The unions demands to solve problems which the management has ignored. They were left with no alternative but to serve the strike notice any day after 20th by registered post and by fax to the management.

Vizag Jaycees to organize contest for kids

The Vizag Jaycees is organising a 'Spandan' programme as part of the Jaycee Week 2004 celebrations from August 9th. Competitions will be held for school children in elocution, group singing on national integration and painting. Principals of schools may give the names of the participating children by Saturday. CPI(M) asks for super specialty hospital in Visakhapatnam
Visakhapatnam, August 4, 2004

The CPI (M) has requested the Union Government to allot one of its six proposed super specialties hospitals to Visakhapatnam according to M.Babu Rao, MP of the party. He said that his party wants the Centre to establish a super specialty hospital as it would serve a large area, including five lakh tribals of this region, after his visit to KGH on Wednesday.
