GVMC allocates Rs.40 lakhs for this purpose
The Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation is all set to make the anti rabbis vaccine available for free at all its six zonal office from January 26. It also allocated Rs.40 lakhs for this purpose and stored 320 litres of vaccine to meet the demand.
Speaking to media, the Mayor, P Janardhana Rao said that the vaccines will be available at Arilova Sector II (Zone I), Municipal Dispensary at Chinawaltair (Zone II), Old Jail Road and Allipuram (Zone III), Mariadas Kalyanamandapam and Gnanapuram (Zone IV) VHC Colony and Gajuwaka (Zone V) and RH Colony and Simhachalam (Zone VI).
