Hyderabad based Ocean Park Group to take up construction project
In a couple of years, the Visakhapatnam city will have another holiday hotspot. This time, an amusement park cum film studio near Jeerupalem is under construction by a Hyderabad based Ocean Park Group. Of the 150-acre beach project, 70 areas have been earmarked for the studio and amusement park, while the rest will be developed as ‘Prestige Blues’ that offer beach farm houses and form plots for sale.
Ocean Park Group executive director, J Lakshmi Narayana said that each farmhouse is spread over 1,000 sq.yards with built up area of 1000 sq.ft, while the amusement park cum film studio will have Water Park, ghost house, amusement equipment besides filmsettings.
The company is also coming up with golf city project at Denkada in Bhogapuram mandal of Viziangaram. The project will have a gold course, clubhouse and other entertainment facilities on the banks of the river Champavati.
