The Sub Registrar of Births and Deaths, A Satyanarayana was caught red-handed by the official of the Anti Corruption Bureau for demanding and accepting a bribe. According to the ACB DSP B Atchutha Rao said that the accused had demanded Rs.1,000 from one M Chinna for issuing the death certificate of his mother.
