South Eastern Railways to run two pairs of super fast special trains
With a view to clear off the extra rush of passengers during Durga Pooja, the South Eastern Railway would be running two pairs of super fast special trains. The Train No 0863 Howrah-Yeshwantpur will leave Howrah at 4.10pm on October 24 and arrive at Visakhapatnam at 5.50am on the next day and will depart Visakhapatnam at 6.35am and arrive at Yeshwantpur at 4am on October 26. While Train No. 0864 Yeshwantpur-Howrah will leave Yeshwantpur at 11.55 on October 26 and arrive Visakhapatnam at 11.15 the next day and depart Visakhapatnam at 11.35pm and arrive Howrah at 1.55pm on October 27.
The Train No.0841 Howrah-Chennai-Howrah will leave Howrah at 4.10pm on October 17 and arrive Visakhapatnam at 5.50 am on the next day and will depart at 6.35am and arrive Chennai at 10.15pm the same day. Train No. 0842 will leave Chennai at 9.30am on October 20 and arrive Visakhapatnam at 11.15pm. Train No. 0202/0201 Gawahati-Yeshwantpur-Gowhati weekly special train via Duvvada has been extended for next four months. However, it will by-pass Cuttack ad will not stop here.
Train No. 2843/2844 Puri-Ahmadabad-Puri tri weekly express will run four days a week with effect from October 5. Train No.2843 Puri Express will run on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from October 5. Meanwhile, Train No. 2844 Ahmadabad Express will run on Monday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday on October 7, 2007.
