Police makes elaborate arrangements for Chief Minister visit

Heavy police force pressed into service

The Chief Minister Dr. YS Rajasekhara Reddy along with the Union Minister for Energy Sushil Kumar Shinde will be arriving on Sunday to lay a foundation stone at NTPC. In view of Maoists attack, the police have searched every inch on the way he tours and heavy police bundo bust has been made.

The Police administration has deployed heavy police force as majority of public representatives have to travel on road to NTPC. The police have already taken NTPC into their control to make security arrangements a couple of days back.

According to the revised programme, the Chief Minister will arrive at Visakhapatnam at 10.45 and will meet the public representatives and higher officials at the Airport before flying to NTPC. He will arrive at 11.15 AM. The Union Minister Sushil Kumar Shine will lay a foundation stone programme. The CM would have lunch after which he will fly back to the Visakhapatnam Airport from where he will flew back to Hyderabad by 2.10pm.
