Popular city temple gears up for Ganesh Chathurdi celebrations

According to Deputy Commissioner of Traffic Viswa Prasad said that no vehicle will be allowed to park between Latha Hospital and Gothisons from the midnight of September 14 2pm to September 15 and between 5pm and 11pm from September 16 to 23 on the occasion of Vinayaka Chathurdi celebrations.

The vehicle users have to go via Asilmetta-Rama Talkies-Mosque Junction-Right turn-Tycoon and vice versa. Devotees coming on vehicles for darshan from Asilmetta side will have to park their vehicles on either side of the road in front of Meghalaya Hotel road.

While devotees coming from Siripuram side will have to park their vehicles between Latha Hospital junction and Municipal Commissioner's Bungalow. He said that the same will be applicable to APSRTC buses also. He requested the devotees visiting the temple for puja for new vehicles are to visit the temple between 11am to 4pm.
