Charged for accepting bribe

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has nabbed a CISF officer working in Hindustan Petroleum Corporation (HPCL) while accepting a bribe of Rs.5,000 on Friday. He was arrested. A case is registered and he is produced before the CBI Special Court on Saturday. The judge directed to lodge him in Central Prison.

It may be recalled that the ACB who has been arrested Govindarajulu, who is working as Assistant Motor Vehicle Inspector on the charges of dis-appropriate assets known income, however got bail by the judge on Saturday. He is released from the prison.
