VUDA vacant lands and odd bits for sale

Open auction to begin October 8

Vacant plots and odd bits available in various layouts of Visakhapatnam Urban Development Authority (VUDA) in GVMC limits and at Vizianagaram will be conducted on October 8,9 and 10 at VUDA Children's Theatre. Application forms are available at VUDA office and at VUDA Children's Theatre on the days of auction, according to a press release.

The plots include two in MVP colony, three in Kurmannapalem Phase V, one each at Ocean View in Kapuluppada, Kurmannapalem phase II, phase VI, Pedagantyada, KL Rao nagar and Rushikonda, eight in Rawada Joint Venture layout, 22 plots in Kurmannapalem layout, 24 plots in joint venture layout at Gandigundam and 28 plots in Sontyam layout.

Separate auction will be organized at Ananda Gajapati Auditorium in Vizianagaram on October 10 to dispose 10 odd bits. The release said that filled in applications along with earnest money deposit of Rs.50,000 by way of demand draft in favor of Vice Chairman, VUDA should be submitted on or during the days of auction.
