VUDA plans to auction lands

Auction to be on November 1, 2007

The Visakhapatnam Urban Development Authority (VUDA) is planning to auction lands for developmental purpose to promote education, commercial, health and IT related projects within the limits of GVMC. The auction will be held on November 1 at VUDA Children's Theatre.

The VUDA will auction seven plots at Madhurawada one at Paradesipalem and 98.64 acres at Dakamarri village on the National Highway. The extent of land is 28.31 acres, 5.30 acres, 5.90 acres, 10 acres, 19.53 acres, 3.50 acres, 1.50 acres, 1.25 acres and 3.88 acres at Madhurawada, 25.60 acres at Paradesipalem, 9.07 acres at Bakkannapalem.
