Alleges that Botsa Satyanarayana extending support
KA Paul, who was in the news for some time back over his sweeping allegations against the Congress president Sonia Gandhi and the Chief Minister, Dr.YS Rajasekhara Reddy and the Minister for Housing, Botsa Satyanarayana and on some prominent leaders, has taken a turn on his own brother David Raju on Tuesday. He alleged that his brother has grabbed the properties acquired by him with his overseas donations by forging documents.
He is now in a legal battle with David Raju who approached the court and obtained a stay on the ownership of the properties. He charged that the Congress government is helping his brother in defaming him and foisting cases against him. Speaking to media, he said that the Minister for Housing, Botsa Satyanarayana is helping his brother and he was constrained to go to the media to defend himself against the allegations.
After getting the court orders, their account with State Bank of India, main branch was frozen. When he enquired, he came to know that David Raju has amassed wealth to the tune of over Rs.20 crores in his name and his wife's family by owning houses on the beach road in the city and at Hyderabad. He also said that he purchased the land in 1992, the value of which is now over Rs.50 crores.
