VUDA invites complaints on title disputes

Objections and grievances if any regarding ownership to be submitted

The Visakhapatnam Urban Development Authority (VUDA) has invited objections and grievances regarding ownership or title disputes of the following lands proposed for layout development within a fortnight.

SV Babu in 37.82 acres, survey nos.235 of Mogalipuram, 359 and 390 of Gullepalli in Sabbavaram Mandal, MV Ramana in 31.09 acres in survey nos. 51/2, 52/p, 53/1p, 54/1p and 57/p of Dongalamarri Sitaramampuram in Sabbavaram mandal and Savitri Mata Realtors in 50 acres of land at Vepagunta in Pendurty mandal.

The objections should reach the VUDA Vice Chairman G Venkata Reddy within 15 days failing which, it will be considered that there are no objections or disputes in matters of ownership. Objections are also invited on the lands proposed for change of land use by M Raghavendra and other in the name of Sri Lakshmi Ganapathi Estates in Survey No.165,166, 169 and 171 of Kottapeta of Nellimarla village in Vizianagaram district.
