Visakhapatnam, March 16, 2007

The Visakhapatnam Steel Plant (VSP) General Manager S. Saran will participate at the 22nd International conference on Solid Waste Management to be held at Philadelphia from March 18 to 21. He will submit a technical paper on 'From Waste to Wealth - a journey in VSP'.

He will make a presentation on the strategies adopted by the VSP for maximizing the recycling/sale of various kinds of wastes generated in the Steel Plant and thereby earning valuable revenues and ensuring sustainable development through conservation of natural resources and preventing environmental pollution.
