3428 applications sold on a single day

As many as 3428 applications for the recently announced State Government housing scheme Rajiv Swagruha were made on the fourth day. People in large numbers have queued up at the Bill Junction counters where the applications are sold. Anakapalle recorded 573 application sales while Bhimili recorded 486 applications being sold.

It may be recalled the Rajiv Swagruha is a housing scheme for middle class families. Four types of houses will be constructed at various places all over the state as a part of the scheme. People in large numbers are coming forward to grab the opportunity as the price tag of these houses will be about 25 percent less than the market price. Keeping an eye on the real estate boom, no one would be ignoring this opportunity.
