Financial bids for VUDA multiplex project opened

Multiplex project to come up at Viziangaram Balaji Complex

The Visakhapatnam Urban Development Corporation (VUDA), on Saturday, opened financial bids for its upcoming proposed multiplex project at Viziangaram. Four firms which became eligible for technical bids of the projects.

SBPL Infrastructure India Limited, Hyderabad made the highest bid of Rs.13.5 core for the project with an additional development premium of Rs.9 lakh in the first year and 5 percent rise in premium every year up to 33 years. Ambica Agarbathis and Aroma Industries Limited, Eluru submitted a Rs.8.63 core bid with an additional development premium of s.15.12 lakh in the first year and 5 percent increase in premium every year up to 33 years.

Vasanth Vihar of Viziangaram submitted a bid of Rs.7.5 crore with an additional development premium of Rs. 10.83 lakh in the first year and 5 percent increase in premium every year thereafter. The Vijayagar Promotors and Builders made a bid of Rs.7.5 crore with an additional development premium of Rs.12.5 lakh in the first year and 5 percent increase in premium every year.
