Arrangements made for Intermediate examinations

Visakhapatnam, March 4, 2007

Intermediate 1st and 2nd year exams will be held on Monday

The stage has set Intermediate examinations to be held from Monday. Nearly 32,400 candidates will appear for the first year examinations while 34,100 would take part for the second year examinations including vocational courses. The Regional Inspection Officer of Board of Intermediate A Bhaskara Rao said that the examinations will be conducted at 85 centres and out of this, 47 centres are located in urban limits and the rest in rural areas.

Five sitting squads and four flying squads were deployed to check the centers and prohibitory orders will be promulgated at the centers. He aid that the examination centers at Araku, Paderu, KD Peta, Madugula and Chintapalle as problematic vigilance areas.

Principals of the colleges have been provided with adequate furniture not to cause any inconvenience to the candidates. The examination material has already been dispatched to all the centers.
