59 LIG category single bedrooms by VUDA

Applications from the public invited

The Visakhapatnam Urban Development Authority (VUDA) invites applications for provisional allotment of 59 LIG I category single bedroom flats at Kurmannapalem. According to sources, each unit size is 630 square feet and costs Rs. 5.67 lakh.

Applications are sold and are available at VUDA office upto March 12 on payment of Rs. 250 each at the VUDA reception and information centre. Those interested should send the application along with Rs. 300 demand draft in favour of Vice Chairman, VUDA, Siripuram, Visakhapatnam and the last date for receipt of the applications is March, 15 along with the deposit amount of Rs. 10,000 in the form of demand draft.

The units will be allotted by draw of lots. Those get provisional registration has to pay 15 percent of the total unit ie. Rs. 47,000 within 15 days of allotment. The remaining amount has to be paid in five equal bi-monthly installments.
