Tirumala Tirupati Devastanam will organize

The Tirumala Tirupati Devastanam will organize 'Kalyanamastu' across the State on August 26 for the poor people. Speaking to media, the TTD Kalyanamastu in charge SSVR Subramanyam said on Monday that bride and bridegroom aged above 18 years and 21 years respectively should submit an affidavit and application declaring their age and consensus of their parents for the marriage before August 10, 2007.

The affidavit and applications are available at the offices of the TTD Kalyanamandapam information Centre, RDO, MDO and Sarpanch. The event will be organized in selected Kalyanamandapam and temples across the district.

He said that the TTD will supply a mangalasutram, new clothes and other required goods for the marriage and provide free food for the guests attending the marriage.
