Hotel Green Park bagged CNBC-TV 18 award

MD of Diana Hotels received the award

The Managing Director of Diana Hotels (Green Park) Murali Krishna Reddy has bagged the CNBC-TV18 Emerging India Awards 2007 on Travel and Tourism. The award is conferred on the best performing small and medium enterprises. Reddy received the award from the Prime Minister, Man Mohan Singh at a function held in Mumbai.

The Managing Director Reddy has introduce many innovations in hospitality services. His innovative programme 'Customer delight' where decision making was delegated to the level of staff who directly interacted with the customer. The other awards won by the Hotel under his leadership include Best economy business class hotel in India-2001, Best General manger of the Year for the years 1998 and 1999 and best four star hotel in the region for the years 2003,04 and 05 for Green Park (Hyderabad).

The list also includes best three star hotels in the region for 2001, 2004 and 2006 for Green Park (Visakhapatnam) and Star of the Industry Award -2007 at the national level.
