Housing costs to range between Rs. 22 lakhs and Rs. 28 lakhs
On Sunday, the Prajay Engineers Syndicate launched two of its projects viz., Prajay Harbour City and Celebrity Club. TDP MLA Y Dayakar laid the foundation stone for the Rs. 110 crore housing project of Praja Harbour City at Parawada while Visakhapatnam-II MLA S Ranga Raju unveiled the stone for the Clubhouse.
Speaking to media, the Director of the Syndicate N Reminder Reddy said the two housing projects to come up were at Parawada and Madurawada. He said that the Parawada project would be completed within one and half years and in the first phase 600 houses followed by another 500 houses in the second phase would be built in 85 acres and 46 acres respectively. He added that the cost of the house would range from Rs. 22 lakhs to Rs. 28 lakhs.
He further said that a budget hotel with 100 rooms would be built near NAD Kotha Road junction. The Director (Marketing) said that 20 percent of the houses were already booked and there is a very good response for the housing projects.
