Open House seminar cum exhibition on EAMCET 2007

BSNL Visakhapatnam General Manager P Nagaraju, while addressing an open house cum exhibition on EAMCET-2007 organized by Gayatri Vidya Parishad College of Engineering on Saturday said students of all branches of engineering with analytical skills have greater opportunities to land in lucrative jobs. He advised the students to develop soft skills which became prime criteria for companies recruitment.

Visakhapatnam Steel Plant Deputy General Manager SK Mallikharjuna Rao asked the students to look beyond computations and calculations while choosing their engineering branches during EAMCET counselling. GVPCOE Research and Development advisor PS Rao and those on the dias advised the students in choosing engineering colleges with adequate infrastructure, faculty strength, ambient environment an good placement record.

GVP Founder member D Dakshinamurty, College Principal NSVVSJ Gandhi and others spoke on the occasion. Nearly 3,000 students and parents have attended the programme.
