Sale of application for auction of VUDA houses

Plot auctions to be held from August 6 to 13, 2007

The Visakhapatnam Urban Development Authority (VUDA) has started the sale of application forms for allotment of its row housing units at Rushikonda and Residential Plots at Kummaripalem and Sontyam layouts through open auction. Applications for the row housing are available and are being issued at the Information and Reception Centre at the VUDA Office on payment of Rs. 1,000 in person and applications for the plots on payment of Rs. 250. The auction will be held from August 6 to 13, 2007 at VUDA Children's Theatre.

The Kummaripalem layout has 96 plots developed within the limits of Bheemunipatnam municipality and the Sontyam layout comprising 245 plots is developed abutting the 100 m State Highway from Anakapalli to Anandapuram at a distance of 7km from Anandapuram.
