VSP occupational health goes online

The Visakhapatnam Steel Plant (VSP) on Monday observed the National Occupational Health Day. The Director (Personnel) Y Manohar inaugurating the software application Occupational Health Management System, designed in house by the plant's IT department stressed the need for accurate generation, maintenance and analysis of health records to enable efficient planning and monitoring of worker's health.

General Manager (Medical and Health Service) BB Mahaptra emphasized the need for online working and computerization in health care and of IT Department in completing the first phase and initiating the second phase of the Steel Plant General Hospital.
