Visakhapatnam, January 31, 2007

The Visakhapatnam Steel Plant (VSP) Executive Director (Projects) SN Prasad on Wednesday inaugurated the computerized Project Monitoring System on the Steel Plant premises. The system was developed by a team, led by GV Ramesh, Deputy Chief Manager (Information Technology) in collaboration with the Project Monitoring Department of Projects Division.

He was speaking on the occasion asked the officials to use the system effectively for the benefit of the organization. The system helps monitor the progress of 6.3 million ton expansion of Visakhapatnam Steel Plant. He made a presentation on the functioning of the system. Top officials of the VSP were present on the occasion.
