Vocational training centre to be opened shortly

The district immunization officer J. Sarojini flagged off the mobile health unit of Jindal South West Foundation at Anatagiri on Monday. Speaking on the occasion, she appreciated the JSW Foundation for coming forward to start medical health unit at Anatagiri to cater to the needs of tribals of this mandal. She asked the management of JSW Aluminium Limited to extend medical services and health education to tribal in co-ordination with the government doctors in the agency areas.

The project head of JSW Aluminium limited RC Swain who chaired the meeting said that the objective of community social responsibilities to improve health, education, sports, women empowerment in the project areas of JSW Aluminium limited. He said that the Foundation was planning to inaugurate a vocational training centre for tribal youth at Araku shortly.
