Visakhapatnam, January 25, 2007

The Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (APSRTC) has introduced low floor 14 buses which can be boarded easily were flagged off on Thursday by Chairman, Zonal Advisory Council of APSRTC, Vizianagaram Zone and C Damodar Dass, Executive Director of APSRTC, Vizianagaram and Vijayawada Zones.

The new buses were introduced ton routes between RTC Complex and Devarapalli, Old Gajuwaka, Tagarapuvalasa, Maddilapalem and Kottavalasa, MVP Colony and Simhachalam and OPHO and HB Colony in Maddilapalem depot. In Waltair Deport, new buses introduced on the routes between RTC Complex and Bhimili, Kurmannapalem and Vambay Colony, OHPO and Ravindra Nagar, OPHO and Madhavadara VUDA Colony and OHPO and Ratnagiri colony. Ten more buses are likely to be introduced in a couple of days according to officials.
