Plans to expand its distribution networkThe ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, India’s leading private life insurer, is laying greater emphasis on rural areas to augment its business. It is concentrating on expanding its distribution network from the existing 470 branches and more than 360 locations.
The Vice President of Prudential Life Insurance, Anup Rao speaking to media said that the company's share in India's life insurance market is nine percent while Bajaj Allianz stood second in the private sector.
