Two-day conference to discuss the problems of bank employeesThe 25th conference of the All India Bank Emplolyees' Association (AIBEA) began on Saturday. The Andhra Pradesh Bank Employees' Federation, the State unit of the AIBEA, is hosting the conference. The two-day conference would discuss the problems faced by the banking personnel due to privatization, outsourcing, foreign investment in banking operations and merge of public sector banks.
AIBEA president Rajen Nagar inaugurated the conference. The delegates took out a rally from the RTC bus stand to the conference venue at Port Stadium in the evening.
