Two local youth who went for rescue missing
On the last day of Karteekamasam on Sunday, two employees of a Hyderabad-based software company died in the sea. Two local youth who jumped into the sea to rescue them are missing.
According to sources, three employees of Rama Technology of SR Nagar, Kukatpalluy who are part of eight-member team from Hyderabad on a sightseeing trip to the city went for a swim in the sea near Tenneti Park. Two local youth who jumped into the sea to rescue them could not be traced till late in the evening.
People at the spot went to the rescue, dragged three of the drowned, and rushed them to KGH where two youths died while one B Sirisha is said to be out of danger. Fishermen and divers are engaged to track down. The Three Town Circle Inspector A Narasimha Murty and Sub Inspector Anand Reddy rushed to the spot and efforts are on contact the relatives of the deceased.
