More special trains introduced in other segments

The South Central Railway (SCR) has introduced another train services to Hyderabad to clear off the heavy rush on the eve of Christmas.

According to Railway sources, the new train no. 0748 will leave Hyderabad on December 22 night at 9.50 and reach Visakhapatnam on the next day at 10.40am. In return, the train will leave Visakhapatnam at 7.30pm and reach Hyderabad on the next day at 8.40am.

The SC Railway is introducing some more train services from Kakinada-Secunderabad and Secunderabad-Vijayawada. Additional bogies will be attached to the trains running from Visakhapatnam to Tirupati bound trains. According to a top official said that third eye cameras were installed in all-important stations. The special trains would run from Kakinada-Secunderabad will run on December 23, 30 and January 6,13,20 at 7.30pm and reach Secunderabad on 8am on the next day. The trains from Secunderabad would run on December 24, 31, January 7, 14 and 21 and starts at Secunderabad at 10an and reach Vijayawada at 4pm on the same day.
