Housing Auctions fetches Rs.87 lakhs

The Visakhapatnam Urban Development Authority (VUDA) on Monday auctioned two houses that are left unsold at the Panchavathi Township in Akkireddipalem and the 13 row houses at Rushikonda.

The upset price for classic house was fixed at Rs.38 lakhs while it was auctioned for Rs.87 lakhs. Similarly, the upset price for executive house was fixed at Rs.25 lakh while it was auctioned for Rs.37.5 lakh. The highest auctioned price of the row houses at Rushikonda was Rs.78 lakhs and the lowest was Rs.68 lakhs.
