Five-match test series to begin at Port Trust Rajiv Gandhi Indoor Stadium
The Sporting climate in the port city of Visakhapatnam is all set to get hot with the Volleyball Test Series between India and Pakistan. The match will be starting at 6:00 PM at the Port Trust Rajiv Gandhi Indoor Stadium. There will be two matches scheduled for Tuesday and the remaining three for Wednesday. DD Sports is broadcasting the sporting event live. The live coverage will begin from 6:00 PM
Earlier, the two teams have arrived in the city. They were received by the VUDA Chairman and the Organizing Committee Vice-Chairman PSN Raju. Students of the JK Talent School gave a warm floral welcome at the Railway Station. Security was beefed up for the teams just to ensure no untoward incident happens.
Speaking to the press, the Deputy Commissioner of Police (Traffic & Security) P Viswa Prasad said that all arrangements necessary for the smooth conduction of the matches was done. He asked the pass holders to enter from the RAMP-I and those without passes from RAMP-II. The match is open for all and there is no ticket fee for the same.
