Special buses to ply from Simhachalam to Sri Vaibhava Venkateswara Swamy temple

The Annual Sri Narasimhavataram utsav will be held at Sri Vaibhava Venkateswara Swamy temple in Muralinagar on the occasion of Akshaya Tritiya on April 20. For the last three years, the presiding deity of the temple, Sri Vaibhava Venkateswara Swamy is being celebrated in the form of Sri Narasimha.

In view of the festival arrangements are being made to ply buses from Simhachalam to the Sri Vaibhava Venkateswara Swamy temple on that day. Special pujas and cultural programmes are also being planned on the festive occasion.

The temple committee is making elaborate arrangements to provide shelter, distribute buttermilk, prasadam and also water to the pilgrims. Hoardings are also being planned at some places in the city to inform the public about the festival.
