Attaches movable or immovable properties of six establishments

The Recovery Officer of Employees Provident Fund Organization (EPFO), Visakhapatnam Sub-Regional Office has attached movable and immovable properties of six establishments who had failed to pay PF dues. In a press release, the Regional PF Commissioner K. Ganesh Babu on Wednesday said that despite several notices sent to the defaulters to pay the dues, they failed to respond properly and hence EPFO is forced to take stringent action.

The establishments who failed to pay the dues and whose properties were attached include Sri Seetharamanajaneya Theatre at S Kota, Justice GRN Degree College, Vizianagaram, the Ram Tyres Limited at S.Kota, the Manasa Organics Limited, Nellimerla, The Sarvaraya Textiles limited in Vizianagaram and the Vamsi Krishna cement Pvt Ltd., at Varisam in Srikakulam district.
