High Court Judge B Prakasa Rao stressed the need of legal awareness

Addressing a seminar on 'Changing Trends in Law-Challenges to Legal Profession' organized by Indian Association of Lawyers held on Saturday, the High Court Judge B Prakasa Rao said spreading awareness of laws to protect the common man and help justice supplement the development of the country He suggested the legal professionals should keep updated themselves with the changing trends. He said that the lawye5s should uphold the values of judiciary and all governmental departments concerned should support them. He exhorted the students of law to enhance their knowledge and uphold the dignity of the noble profession. The District and sessions Judge R Kanta Rao said that they were few lawyers who were doing justice to the profession the olden days. High Court senior lawyer Padmanabha Reddy, organizing committee convener KS Suresh Kumar and Visakhapatnam Bar Association President S Srinivasa Murty and others participated in the seminar.
