South Zone Conference of Dermatologists from September 8

VSP CMD to inaugurate the conference

Indian Association of Dermatologists, Venereologist and Leprologists (IADVL) will organize its 14th South Zone conference from September 8 to 10. Speaking at a press conference on Tuesday, King George Hospital (KGH) dermatologist Raghu Rama Rao said the conference which was held once in two years was being organized for the first time

The conference would be inaugurated by Visakhapatnam Steel Plant (VSP) Chairman and Managing Director Y Siva Sagar Rao. Nearly 600 delegates from all the southern States would participate in the conference in addition to 30 eminent dermatologists, Leprologists and Venereologist across the country. Would deliver lecture on various topics related to leprosy, HIV/AIDS etc.,

On this occasion IADVL national president Suresh P Joshipura would attend the conference. Guru Mohan Singh from Varanasi would deliver BV Satyanarayana lecture on ‘Eradication of leprosy’ while another eminent clinical microbiologist MK Lalita from Vellore would deliver a lecture on ‘Anthrax in south India.
