Government approved VUDA Master Plan

Master Plan Report to be available at VUDA Office for public

The State Government has approved the modified Master Plan for Visakhapatnam Metropolitan Region prepared by the Visakhapatnam Urban Development Authority (VUDA) . The master plan contains zoning regulations and development control regulations of VMR as well as zonal development plans of Visakhapatnam city, Vizianagaram, Anakapalle, Bheemunipatnam and Gajuwaka towns.

VUDA Vice chairman G.Venkataram Reddy said at a press conference that the land use plans, zoning regulations and development control regulations and a copy of the master plan report will be displayed in the ground floor of the Reception Counter of VUDA office during office hours from September 14 onwards.
