Inaugurated an electricity bills collection centre at Union Bank of India
The AP Transco Joint Managing Director Harish Kumar on Thursday inaugurated an electricity bills collection centre at Union Bank of India in MVP colony and interactive information system at EPDCL corporate office in Seethammadara. The consumers of EPDCL can pay their power bills by cash, demand draft and by cheque at Union Bank of India. While the amount can be paid in cash at Union Bank of India, customers can also drop cheques and demand drafts in the drop box set up the premises.
The customers are requested to write their service connection number, name of the consumer, address and contact phone number on the rear side to avoid any inconvenience that may arise.
The information kiosk was set up at the EPDCL corporate office which would help the employees and consumers to check the details the customers can view their billing and payment details and other information according to a press release.
