Two persons arrested

The officials of the Civil Supplies Department on Thursday seized 80 quintals of subsidy rice meant to be sold in fair price shops. According to official sources, two persons were held for transporting the rice illegally in a van at Poorna Market area. The duos were taken into custody and investigation is going on.
