Team to study eligibility for CII EXIM Bank Award

A high level team is coming on Wednesday on a four day visit to Visakhapatnam Steel Plant (VSP) to study its eligibility for the CII EXIM Bank Award for Business Excellence.

The team comprising of Strips and Services Centre, Tube Products Limited Vice-President MS Balasubramaniam, Tata Iron and Steel Company Chief ND Rao, Freelance Consultant J Bhattacharya, Reliance Industries Ltd General Manager (Production) Sanjeev Kumar, CII Counselor S Narasimhan and BHEL Manager (Business Excellence) Y Mohan will interact with the senior officials of the VSP. The team which was constituted by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and Export Import Bank of India (EXIM Bank) to assess its progress for the award. It may be noted that VSP has applied for the award.
