Week-long celebrations begins at NTPC and HPCL

The Vigilance Awareness Week celebrations of NTPC Simhadri Thermal Power Project (STPP) are being conducted at Parawada from Sunday. Week long activities like quiz, essay writing, workshops of vigilance mechanism and customer meet are being organized for the employees and their family members. Additional General Manager (Operations and Maintenance) PR Dahake and top officials participated on the occasion.

The Executive Director AS Rao of Hindustan Petroleum Corporation (HPCL), Visakha Refinery inaugurated the celebrations at the Refinery. During his speech, he said that the Vigilance Awareness Week should be observed purposefully and not as a formality. He said that due to the implementation of Right to Information Act, it was everyone’s responsibility to be more careful and avoid any procedural lapses that will have serious impact.
