Allotees to complete registration

The Vice Chairman of Visakhapatnam Urban Development Authority (VUDA) G. Venkatram Reddy has said that the VUDA is considering the proposal to withdraw allotment of VUDA sites and housing units in Visakhapatnam Metropolitan Region (VMR) from the allotees who fail to register allotments on their name by December 31, else the allotments will be withdrawn.

He said many allotees of VUDA have cleared all payments but the registration process have not completed. It has become advantageous to real estate brokers and mediators to mismanage the properties. He cautioned the allotees to complete the registration by December 31 else the allotments would be withdrawn. However, allotees who have time to clear their payments and the allotees of ongoing or incomplete housing projects of VUDA are exempted.
