Move to avail statutory civic services by VUDA

In a move to facilitate people to avail of statutory civic services with the stipulated time, Visakhapatnam Urban Development Authority (VUDA) Vice Chairman G. Venkatram Reddy on Monday said that any one can contact him over his mobile 98663 63000 regarding delay in the services or dereliction of duty on the party of VUDA officials between 10am to 6pm on all working days.

A complaint box would also be provided at the VUDA office for such grievances and immediate action would be initiated against the concerned, he said. He will also directly receive complaints at his chambers on all working days between 4pm to 5pm.
