VSP promises support for the game in a big way

The Andhra Pradesh State Senior Ranking Billiards and Snooker Tournament 2006 began a Waltair Club on Sunday. It is being conducted by the Andhra Pradesh Billiards and Snooker Association (APBSA).

Geet Sethi has inaugurated the tournament. Speaking on the occasion, he said the game was fast catching up in the country. He lauded APBSA efforts to promote the game in the State. Billiards and Snooker Federation of India president Captain PVK Mohan said that the Visakhapatnam Steel Plant has promised to support the game in a big way in the city.
