Rally to be held at District Sports Authority, Kakinada

According to a press release by ARO Director (Recruiting) Col. BPK Pillai, the Army Recruitment Office (ARO) will be organizing a recruitment rally for male candidates at the District Sports Authority, Kakinada from November 20 to 25. Candidates of the entire six districts under the ARO jurisdiction will be screened on November 23 fro soldier clerk (SC) and store keeper technical (SKT) posts, the release stated.

Candidates of East Godavari, Khammam and Yanam will be screened for soldier general duty, technical and nursing assistant posts on November 21. Candidates belonging to Visakhapatnam district will be screed on November 22 while the candidates of East Godavari will be screened for soldier tradesman posts on November 20.

Candidates for SGD post should be born between November 26, 1985 and May 25, 1989 and those applying for other categories should be born between November 26, 1983 and May 25, 1989. The Educational qualifications rest- Class V or VIII pass, SGD-minimum 45 percent marks in Class X, Stech- 10+2 pass with physics, chemistry, mathematics and English, SNA – 10+2 with 50 percent marks in biology, physics, chemistry and English and SC and SKT – 1-+2 with fifty percent marks in any stream.
