Com. Reddy moves to Secunderabad

Commadore Gottipati Vinoda Babu took charge as the new Commanding Officer of INS Circars. He is earlier the Chief Staff Officer (Operations) at the Southern Naval Command. Com. Babu took charge from Com. SPR Reddy who is moving to Secunderabad on his assignment.

A ceremonial parade was held at the INS Circars Parade Grounds on Monday.
